Joining the firm in 2010, Rachel Anderson is a general practitioner with a special interest in criminal law and child welfare law. She graduated in May 2009 from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and was admitted to practice law in Colorado in October 2009. Rachel earned her Bachelor's Degree from Regis College in Denver, where she double-majored in Sociology and Criminal Justice.
During law school, Rachel gained valuable experience interning with the Denver District Attorney's Office-County Court Division, where she prosecuted misdemeanor cases. She also completed internships with the Denver District Attorney's Office-Family Violence Unit and the Denver City Attorney's Office-Child Protection Unit.
While in law school, Rachel was an active member of the DU Moot Court Board, and of the DU chapter of the Christian Legal Society, serving as Chapter President in 2008-2009. Rachel continues to be active in the Christian Legal Society of Metro Denver, where she serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer. She is also a member of the 1st Judicial Bar, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Denver Bar Association.
