If you are forming a new entity, we can help. We will create your entity and all the documents needed to get it up and running. Usually, we can provide you everything you need to get started in one meeting. For example, if you are forming a new corporation, we can file the Articles of Incorporation, set up the organizational minutes, by-laws, obtain the FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number), prepare stock certificates, create a buy-sell agreement, and other documents. When you leave our office, you can go to the bank and set up a bank account and your business is operational.
