Pricing & Fees

The Pearman Law Firm charges fees in one of three ways:

Hourly: If we handle your case on a hourly basis, our fees are usually as follows:

Attorneys: $195 to $265 per hour
Paralegals: $120 per hour
Clerks: $50 per hour

An example of a matter in which we may offer an hourly rate for representation is for a family law matter.

Contingency Fees: If we handle your case on a contingency fee, this means that if we do not recover any money, you do not owe us any legal fees. If we do recover money for you, you we would be paid a percentage of the recovery. You would still owe expenses, such as court filing fees, court expenses, and other expenses. An example of a matter in which we may offer a contingency fee is for an auto accident injury.

Flat Fees: If we handle your legal matter on a flat fee basis, this means that we will charge one amount to handle your entire legal matter. An example in which we may offer a flat fee is the drafting of your Last Will and Testament.
