Biography
Lara M. Rausch practices domestic relations (prenuptial agreements, divorce, high-value/complex assets divorces, military divorces, allocation of parental responsibilities, guardian-ad-litems, etc.).
Born into an Air Force family, Ms. Rausch was raised in Dover, Delaware. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science at the University of Delaware and was awarded her Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, in 2012.
During law school, Ms. Rausch worked for the school's non-profit legal clinic. She advised over a dozen non-profits in the Greater Pittsburgh area on corporate formation, federal tax exemption, and compliance. Ms. Rausch then clerked with the Delaware Department of Justice in the criminal and family divisions under a limited license with the Delaware Supreme Court.
Ms. Rausch relocated to Colorado in 2013. Before joining The Pearman Law Firm P.C. in 2021, Ms. Rausch practiced domestic relations and complex litigation in health care and government contracts.
Ms. Rausch is keenly focused on your solutions for a promising and secure future. She has effectively and efficiently represented clients in mediation, settlement, and trial.
Outside of work, Ms. Rausch is an avid hiker, skier, road cyclist, dog-mom (to a Border Collie and Yorkie), and Aunt. She also enjoys traveling, foreign languages, and volunteering for local legal pro bono events through the Colorado Lawyers Committee and Colorado bar associations.
